I realized driving an old Volkswagen bug with a Subaru that I HATE pressure brake switches. The engine/trans braking slows the car down soo much I don’t need the brakes immediately and would be nice to be able to just push the brake pedal without applying pressure to let people know I’m slowing down.

If your worried about air bubbles in the pressure switch T fitting, point the switch downward, liquids will flow down and air rises.

You can get the pressure switch as low as 3-5 psi.

Rob make sure that pressure switch is rated for the max PSI seen in your system. Wouldn't want it to burst or leak on the strip when you need brakes the most.

Try "bits&bits" for smaller endmills. You may need a different collet, but you can definitely get smaller cutters to work for something like that logo if needed in the future.
